  1. Lack of Relevant Experience: If you don’t have any experience in marketing, prospecting, and generating leads there is a good chance you’re going to fail.
  2. Inadequate Financing: You’re already in a financial hard place when you started your business. You spent what extra money you did have on getting into the business. Now you have no marketing budget and are in need of money worse then before you joined the business. This is a bad why to start any business.
  3. Poor Cash Management: You’re one of the lucky ones and have some extra money after joining a business. So now you go out and buy 1000 leads or spend $297 on that magical software program that is going to generate leads on autopilot for you. This is where a sound budget comes into play.
  4. Lack of Strategic Planning: When someone joins a network marketing business all they can see is the end prize. They’re ready to go and think everyone will see how great of a opportunity this is and join them on the spot. A week later they see this is not the case. They lose that motivation to keep building that business and get off track. This is where a good business plan comes into play and will give you something to follow.
  5. Ineffective Marketing: After you bug your friends and family about your business, you have to learn how to market to other people. The better marketer you become the better your business will do.
  6. Inability to Make the Transition From Employee To Entrepreneur: We as humans are lazy! Without a boss telling us what ,when and how. It becomes very easy not to get anything done. This is why when you start a network marketing business you need to be ready to do whatever it takes.
