Attraction to challenges: They are always attracted towards the challenges but they are not taking the risks. It may look sometimes like they are taking risks but actually they are evaluating the risks thoroughly.
Objective approach: Entrepreneurs take objective approach to the personal relations and are more worried about the performance and accomplishment of others than with the feelings. They keep a distance and concentrate on the efficiency of operations.
Conceptual ability: Entrepreneurs have lots of higher conceptual abilities. These abilities help them to identify the relationships in difficult situations. Chaos can not bother them since they can conceptualize the order.
Interpersonal relationships: The only mantra of entrepreneurs is “work, work and work”. Their work ethic many times interferes with the personal and with their interpersonal skills. Many entrepreneurs do not care about their interpersonal relations and their insensitivity and lack of empathy takes them downward.
