Hey John,

It was great meeting you at the Live The Dream event.

Very sharp blog man and great post on Leadership.

I have to say that Leadership is one of those niches that MOST people stay away from it but all of us should continue to grow in.

Your top 10 is right on as it got me thinking in which areas am I falling behind on.

Thanks for a great post on a much needed topic.

John,

In reading over your list, I’ll bet you would (or have) enjoy Ken Blanchard’s easy-to-read-and-very-hands-on book entitled The Secret. Excellent.

The book shares a quote from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ll “Everyone can be great, because everyone can serve.” Of course SERVE is expanded on in the book, but it is good.

Thanks for sharing these excellent points,

Lee

Hello Lee,

I’m sorry to say I haven’t read that book yet but if you say it’s a great book I’m going to have to put it on my To Read List!
